5. Assembly and use
Carry out a check before using for the first time and document your inspection.
Opening:
1) Open the platform by standing in front or to one side and tilting the floor downwards. Take care not to leave your fingers under the floor.
2) Before being able to access the floor, deploy the guardrails, taking care not to pinch your fingers, and lock them by turning the latches
a quarter turn.
3) For the Stepper 3 and 4 steps: Lower the intermediate shelf.
Access:
After accessing the floor, install the guardrail and strap.
Moving:
The platform must be moved when the operator has dismounted from it.
Closing:
1) Fold down the side guardrails after unlocking them, taking care not to pinch your fingers, and fold up the product by pushing the platform
upwards.
2) For the Stepper 3 and 4 steps: Unlock the red latches on the stabiliser with your foot.
Platform stability (for 3 and 4-step models) :
Always use the stabilisers. When the platform is placed against a wall, only 2 stabilisers are required.
