3. Tilt limit / lock (seat and back)
Occupational health specialists recommend a
„dynamic" sitting position, i.e. frequent changes
in posture.
But if you prefer to work for long periods without
changing position, you can deactivate the „syn-
chronised movement". Set the rotating lever
under the seat on the left-hand side to the "0"
position, which locks the "synchronous move-
ment". Turning the wheel any further increases
the pivot angle by that number of degrees.
Tip!
Utilize the interplay of dynamic sitting with back
and side movement, as well as swivel. It keeps
your intervertebral discs young for longer.
