POSSIBLE CAUSE
• Unit is not plugged in
• Power button is not pressed
• No power to unit
• True HEPA filter is not
installed correctly
• Grille cover is not installed
correctly
• The grille may be blocked
• Prefilter needs to be vacuumed
• The True HEPA filter needs to
be replaced
• The True HEPA filter needs to
be replaced
• The unit is not level
• The replace filter indicator
needs to be reset
• Night-light setting

SOLUTION
• Plug unit in
• Press the power button to turn the
power on
• Check circuits, fuses, try a
different outlet
• Reinstall the True HEPA filter
• Reinstall the grille cover
• Check to make sure nothing is
blocking the grille and air outlet
• Vacuum the prefilter with the
brush attachment of your vacuum
cleaner
• Replace the True HEPA filter
• Replace the True HEPA filter
• Place the unit on a flat, level
surface
• Press and hold the ionizer button
for 3 seconds until the replace
filter light turns off
• Press the night-light button until
the desired lights are on/off
