to select fan speed. Each press changes
fan speed in the following order:

(Low)
(Med.)

Airflow direction
(AUTO) .........The vane is set to the most effi cient airfl ow direction. COOL/
DRY:horizontal position. HEAT:position (4).
(Manual) .......For efficient air conditioning, select the upper position for
COOL/DRY, and the lower position for HEAT. If the position
(4) or (5) is selected during COOL/DRY, the vane automatically
moves to the upward position after 0.5 to 1 hour to prevent
any condensation from dripping.
(Swing) .........The vane moves up and down intermittently.

CONO COOL OPERATION
Press
during COOL mode
ECONO COOL operation.
The unit performs swing operation vertically in various cycle according
to the temperature of the airflow. Set temperature is set 4°F (2°C) higher
automatically.
Press
again to cancel ECONO COOL operation.
• ECONO COOL operation also is cancelled when the VANE button is
pressed.
What is "ECONO COOL"?
Swing air fl ow (change of air fl ow) makes you feel cooler than constant air fl ow.
So, even though the set temperature is automatically set 4°F (2°C) higher, it is
possible to perform cooling operation with keeping comfort. As a result, energy
can be saved.

IMER OPERATION (ON/OFF TIMER)

during operation to set the timer.
Each press changes timer mode in the following order:
(OFF TIMER)
(ON TIMER)

to set the time of timer.
Each press changes the set time 1 hour forward/backward.
Press
until "TIMER RELEASE" is selected to
release timer.
Note:
• ON and OFF timers can not be used in combination.
