ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
Please read all instructions thoroughly before proceeding. Make sure all
the plastic packing material is removed before assembling.
Find a large, clean area to assemble your unit. Please refer to the parts list and
assembly diagrams as necessary.
S t E P 0 1
With the help of
another person, remove the
griddle body from the packaging
and lay it upside down on a smooth,
flat surface.

Unlatch and unfold the legs
to vertical.
S t E P 0 2
Use two (2) small
thumbscrews to install the fixed
wheels to the left leg assembly.
S t E P 0 3
Use one (1) large thumb-
screw to attach the bottom crossbar
to the right leg assembly.
Use one (1) medium thumbscrew
to attach the lower propane tank
support and bottom crossbar to the
left leg assembly.
