1. With the door frame laid down, slide top and bottom end rails (F) through the receiver tubes of the
assembled door (A) (FIG. 7). Do not tighten set screws yet, they will need to be loose in a later step
to adjust the door.
2. Attach corner post (C) to upper and lower end rails (F) on latch side of the door. Tighten set screws.
NOTE: Be careful not to over-tighten, as this may cause damage to the welded nut.
3. Attach second corner post (C) to upper and lower end rail of other side. Tighten set screws. (FIG. 5).
4. Insert two bottom side rails (I) into the bottoms of the corner stands. Tighten set screws.
Stand this side upright.
5. Insert two top and bottom railings (I) into the tops of the corner stands. Tighten set screws.
6. Attach middle posts (B) to the top and bottom side rails on each side of the kennel. Tighten set
screws. Keep the 1" leg extensions on the bottom. 1" of middle posts is visible below the bottom
side railing.
7. Continue installation with top and bottom side rails (I) on each side, then corner posts (C), and finish
with end rails (F). Tighten each set screw as you go. Your frame is now fully assembled and you are
