3. Prepare the coating material (see the "Preparing Coating Materials" chapter).
4. Place the paint container (7) down on a paper surface and pour in the coating material
ready to be sprayed.
5. Screw the paint container onto the paint spray gun.
6. Select a spray nozzle (8) and insert it into the paint spray gun:
– Unscrew the locking screw (10).
– Remove the air cap (9) and (if inserted) the spray nozzle (8).
– Insert the chosen spray nozzle (8). When you insert the spray nozzle, make sure
that the notch on the spray nozzle is seated in the recess on the device as otherwise
the locking screw cannot be tightened.
– Place the air cap (9) onto the spray nozzle (8).
– Screw the locking screw (10) back onto the device.
7. Select a suitable paint jet:

B. If you are working "overhead", align the paint intake pipe
to the back.
A. Horizontal fl at jet, for working in a vertical direction (for
larger surface areas).
B. Vertical fl at jet, for working in a horizontal direction (for
larger surface areas).
C. Round jet for corners, edges and places that are hard
to reach.
