Question/Problem - Cause
Causa
The lawnmower does not switch on when you press the
"ON/OFF" switch:
• The battery is discharged;
• The safety key is not placed;
• The safety switch is not pressed;
• The "ON/OFF" switch electrical contacts are not in
good condition or the switch does not work;
Motor stops after a short time:
• Low battery;
• The cutting height is too low;
The motor makes
intermittently or runs slowly:
• "ON/OFF" switch electrical contacts are damaged;
• Mechanical parts are blocked;
• The lawnmower is running over excessive pressure,
overloaded motor;
Low cutting/collecting performance:
• The blade is blunt;
• The battery is damaged;
• The grass box is full;
• Improper cutting height;
No grass collection:
• The discharge channel is clogged;
• The grass box is full;

Body overheats:
• Overloaded machine;
