When you begin gluing, it is best to glue the same crossbars into
the same leg frame holes you testing to ensure there will be no fit
issues.
b. Laying the frame flat on the ground, squeeze the wood glue into
the hole of the leg frame.
until the hole is approximately1/4 filled with glue.
c. Slowly push the crossbar into the hole. IMPORTANT NOTE:
Each crossbar has screw holes drilled in. The crossbars should be
placed into the leg frame with the screw-hole side facing
downwards so that once the bar stool is standing, these screw
holes will be facing the floor.
d. Wipe away any excess glue that may have seeped out.
e. Hold the crossbar into the frame tightly for approximately 2
minutes to ensure the crossbar is securely in place.
f. Continue this process until all crossbars are securely glued into
the leg frame.
g. Once all crossbars are glued in, you should allow the glue to set
in place for approximately 1 days before using the bar stool to
ensure the glue has set and is safe for use.
WARNING

A few days after initial assembly when chairs have
acclimated to their new environment, re-tighten all
hardware. Periodically check and re-tighten the
screws every few months or as needed.
