USEFUL TIPS

Through experience, we know that, very often, the cause of malfunctioning water softeners is due
to an incorrect installation of the drainage pipe (fig. 4, A). We therefore recommend that it is
installed correctly (fig. 3, F) and that the pipe supplied in the box is used. Whenever possible, the
installation of a filter before installing the water softener is recommended to eliminate substances
that could compromise the correct operation of the machine.
PROBLEMS A ND SOLUTIONS
THE VALVE DOES NOT AUTOMATICALLY REGENERATE
- check that the electrical power supply is connected (fig. 6, G)
- verify the programming (consult "9 Programming the timer")
THE VALVE REGENERATES AT THE WRONG TIME
- verify the programming of the current time and of the regeneration time.

THE BRINE DOES NOT SUCK WATER
- check that the network pressure is at least 2 bar
- check that the drainage pipe is not obstructed and that excessively narrow connectors
which could compress the pipe are not used (fig. 4, A)
- clean the injector (fig. 6, B) (consult "14 Maintenance")
- check that the valve does not suck in air where the speed connections are located (fig. 6, A)
THE BRINE IS FILLED EXCESSIVELY
- check that the drainage pipe is not obstructed and that excessively narrow connectors
which could compress the pipe are not used (fig. 4, A)
- check that the valve does not suck in air where the speed connections are located (fig. 6, A)
- clean the injector (fig. 6, B) (consult "14 Maintenance")
- check that the operating pressure is at least 2 bar
