Turn on your scooter without pressing the accelerator.
Your product's battery is low.
Make sure that the voltage of the charger is 29.4V, to
make sure, use the one provided with the scooter.
Make sure you don't overload your product and that it
doesn't exceed the recommended weight limit of
120kg.

your scooter and wait 30 seconds before resolving the
error.
