Symptom
It is not possible to
height adjust the
wall cupboard lift

Safety bar or safety
plate are not

Make sure that the safety plates underneath the wall
cupboards have not been activated . An object pressing
on the safety plates will activate them and prevent
movement of the lift
Try to activate the safety plate by pressing it gently
up against the bottom of the wall cupboard. If it can
move approximately 5 mm/0.2'', it means that it is
functional .
Check that all operation switches can be operated
without obstruction and that they return to a neutral
position. Movement may be hampered by dirt or
grease .
Check that all cables are securely connected and that
the electrical circuit is powered. Ensure that all plugs
are pressed as far as possible into their corresponding
sockets on the control box. The control box will
typically be placed behind the wall cupboards.
Disconnect power and reconnect after 10 minutes.
Reset the lift – see "Resetting" .
It may be necessary to reset the lift several times
Make sure that the lifts are not overloaded .
Try removing some items from wall cupboard or
worktop.
