Trouble-shooting
Symptom
It is not possible to
height adjust the
worktop lift
Make sure that the safety bars under the worktop edge
have not been activated . An object pressing on the
safety bars will activate them and prevent movement
of the lift
Try to activate the safety bars by pressing them
gently up against the worktop. If they can move
approximately 5 mm/0.2'', it means that they are
functional .
If a sink and installation cover have been installed,
check that the installation cover does not prevent the
downward movement.
Check that all operation switches can be operated
without obstruction and that they return to a neutral
position. Movement may be hampered by dirt or
grease .
Check that all cables are securely connected and that
the electrical circuit is powered. Ensure that all plugs
are pressed as far as possible into their corresponding
sockets on the control box. The control box will
typically be placed underneath the worktop.
Disconnect power and reconnect after 10 minutes.
Reset the lift – see "Resetting" .
It may be necessary to reset the lift several times.
