Functioning variation for pyrolytic ovens
special pyrolysis function
The pyrolysis function foreseen by the control allows to maintain and regulate the necessary temperature for the cleaning cycle at a pre-fixed
value, which the user cannot modify.
When selected, it cancels any duration and cooking end settings and imposes a pre-determined duration of 90'. If necessary, it can be changed
or postponed later on, referring to the settings for automatic cooking.
Maximum duration is fixed at 3 hours.
During pyrolysis, the display will show the writing "Pxxx" continuously, where xxx represents the remaining minutes, eventually preceded by "0"
(Ex. "P030"). At the end, the Ended Pyro Mode is activated.
During standby for differed pyrolysis, the display shows the clock.
