Description of functions and controls
The controls of the machine are described here below
with reference to the following figure.

I1
When the 'I1' ON/OFF switch is pressed the generator
turns on. After the internal diagnostic phase of about 7
seconds, the generator starts.
Press the 'E1' knob and
adjust
pressure
by
turning
the
regulating
filter knob 'R1' and set it
to 3.5÷5 bar. To do this,
the filter knob should be
pulled until released and
turned either clockwise
or
anticlockwise
to
respectively decrease or
increase pressure; after
setting pressure, the filter
knob should be pushed
until released. Make sure that the air delivery is at
least 115 l/min.
The generator is now ready to use, and by turning the
'E1' encoder knob the cutting current can be regulated
between a minimum of 10A to a maximum of 33A.

Press the 'I1' switch to turn the generator off. For a few
seconds the 'D1' display will show the message 'OFF,
the led 'L1' will start flashing blue and then the
generator will be completely turned off. If the generator
needs a cooling cycle (for a maximum of 10 minutes)
the fan will continue running to then turn off
automatically.
Depending on the colours, the 'L1' and 'L2' leds show
the following generator states:
L2
D1
C1
If a protection device triggers (alarm - Led 'L1' yellow)
the 'D1' display shows the device that has triggered:

Changing advanced parameters
In certain cases, the generator allows changing certain
special parameters that are shown on the 'D1' display:
