Installation of power supply batteries
Slide the battery compartment cover off the side of the flow meter housing, remove the basket and insert two AA alkaline
batteries into it, observing their correct polarity. Replace the basket and replace the cover. Two AA alkaline batteries are
sufficient for two years of normal use.
Programming of filter capacity monitoring
Press the "PROG" button, "PROG" will start flashing on the LCD display. Press "RESET" to select the appropriate value to set
for the digit on the right. Once you have selected a value, press the "PROG" button to save the value and move to the next
digit. Repeat the procedure to program the values of the five digits from right to left. Maximum monitoring value Flow Meter
lists 99999 litres. The end of programming is marked by an audible signal * If no button is pressed for one minute during
programming, the procedure will be completed and the meter will return to its original state.
After replacing the filter cartridge with a new one, briefly press the RESET button. The display will show the current meter
status. Next, once again press the RESET button for approx. 5 seconds. The meter will start monitoring the capacity of
the new filter.
Operation
The Flow Meter switches on automatically, displays the remaining capacity when water flows through the sensor, and switches off automatically 10 seconds after the water
stops flowing.
Filter use alarm
The Flow Meter generates an audible alarm, and the digits on the LCD display flash when the remaining capacity reaches zero or minus. The alarm will be generated every
time water flows through the sensor.
Resetting the filter
Press the "RESET" button for three seconds, "RESET" will flash twice on the LCD display, and the remaining capacity will be reset to the original programmed value.
Low battery warning
When the battery capacity level becomes low, the Flow Meter will generate an audible alarm and a flashing empty battery symbol will appear in the top right corner of the
LCD display. The alarm will be cancelled when the batteries are replaced with new ones. Replacing the battery does not result in the loss of the meter reading.

The product requires batteries as described in Directive 2006/66/EC, which cannot be disposed of with other household waste. Make sure to familiarise
yourself with local regulations on battery disposal, as proper disposal helps prevent environmental pollution and damage to health.
