A helmet can only protect that part of the head that it covers. The visor or
face shield is not designed or intended to afford face protection. .
The helmet is not designed or intended to afford any neck protection.
This helmet has been specially developed for motorcycle riding and is
unsuitable for other purposes.
Examine the helmet for damage at regular intervals. Small scratches will
not impair the protective function of your helmet.
The helmet should be replaced after 5 years of purchase, depending on
use and care.
Excessive heat (e.g. exhaust heat) can cause damage to the decoration,
the inner EPS shell of the helmet and the interior lining.
Direct contact with motor fuel, thinners or solvents can destroy the
structure of the inner and outer shell. Make sure the helmet does not
come into contact with such substances, even for cleaning purposes.
Do not apply paint, stickers, petrol or other solvents to this helmet.
2. SAFETY ADVISE CONCERNING SIZE AND FIT
1. To make sure your helmet is the right size, check that :
• The helmet inner lining fits snugly around your head.
• The helmet pads press firmly on your head.
• The cheek pads contact your cheeks.
• There is no space around your brow under the inner lining. Test this by
trying to insert your fingers.
If the helmet does not fit snugly, try on a smaller size or a different model
helmet.
2. Check your field of vision when trying on a helmet. Some helmets may
obstruct or block your vision when looking left, right, up, or down.
