Insert the pins wrench into the holes in the outer flange and remove it and the old disc.
Do not remove the inner flange.
Do not use a disc marked with a lower RPM than that of the Max rated

speed shown on the rating plate.

CAUTION : Do not use excessive force to clamp the disc. It could crack it and cause
failure during use.

Clean the flanges and check the new
disc.
•
Holding the angle grinder with the
spindle facing upwards, check that
the inner flange is on the spindle and
correctly located.
•
Place the disc onto the spindle with
the label facing the angle grinder.
•
Screw on the outer flange with the
protruding spigot section facing away
from the disc. (For grinding disc, the
protruding spigot section should face
the disc).
•
Hand tightens the outer flange until
the disc is secure.
•
Press the spindle lock button and
tighten the flange with the wrench.
•
Turn the new disc by hand, ensuring
that it is tightly secured and that it
rotates fully and does not wobble
unduly.
•
Run the angle grinder under no load
for at least one minute to ensure the
new disc is in good condition. Make
sure you are wearing all the safety
gear and that you face the grinder
away from you.

Do not immerse the disc into any type of lubricant including water. This
angle grinder is designed as a dry grinder/cutter. Failure to observe
this warning could result in a fatal shock.

The auxiliary handle can be
assembled in three different positions
around the casing to meet the
operator's different needs.
•
To assemble the handle, simply screw
it into one of the attachment points.
Check that the handle has been
securely fastened, but don't screw it
in too tightly.
•
To switch it on, press the safety
interlock to unlock the hold-to-run
switch. Then press the hold-to-run
switch fully.
•
To switch it off, release the hold-to-
run switch and the safety interlock
returns automatically to the locked
position.
•
This tool features a live tool indicator
which illuminates as soon as the tool
is connected to the supply. This warns
the user that the tool is connected
and will operate when the switch is
pressed.
