Preparing your harness

First settings

Connectors :

Your harness is equipped with specially adapted automatic

carabiners. Their narrow base allows optimal placement of the

harness's structural straps for proper load distribution, and

limits incorrect positioning of the connector.

We recommend positioning the locking collar in front of the

harness, to prevent a webbing strap from causing the harness

to open unintentionally. This will also facilitate the installation

of the riser.

To open the connectors, simply turn the locking collar a

quarter turn and press down on the finger.

Its exclusive off-centre opening offers a wide opening,

facilitating the installation of all types of risers. When

replacing connectors, it is imperative to choose them wisely.

The size and shape of the connector must be adapted to the

connecting straps of the harness and to the risers of the glider,

so that the force on the connector is applied out in an optimal

way.

According to the current state of knowledge on automatic Zicral

carabiners, it is recommended to change them every 5 years or

after 500 hours of use.

After each manipulation of a carabiner, it is imperative to check

that it is properly locked. If in doubt, repeat the operation.

We recommend the use of connectors with a resistance greater

than or equal to 2400daN.

Flexible connectors should not be used on straps wider than

25mm.
