6.Troubleshooting
If one of the following conditions occurs, check the following items before calling customer service.
Problem
The unit does not work
The dehumidification
function does not work
no air is discharged
Operation is noisy
E1 code
Possible cause
It has disconnectedthe power cord?
Is the tank indicator light blinking?
(The tank is
full or in the wrong position).
Is the room temperature above 35
°C or less than 5 °C?
Is the air filter clogged?
Is the intake or discharge duct
clogged?
Is the air filter clogged?
Is the unit tilted or unstable?
Is the air filter clogged?
Short circuit or open circuit of the coil
sensor
Plug the power cord into the power
outlet.
Empty the water in the drain tankand
then put the tank back.
The protection device is activated and
the unit cannot be started.
Clean the air filter as indicated in
"Cleaning the dehumidifier".
Remove obstruction from intake or
discharge duct.
Clean the air filter as indicated in
"Cleaning the dehumidifier".
Move the unit to a stable and sturdy
place.
Clean the air filter as
is indicated in
"Cleaning the dehumidifier".
Check if the line is loose or replace
the coil sensor.
