COOKING TIMES (WITH SEARING)
When the EasySear™ pan is used for searing
on the stovetop prior to being placed in the
slow cooker, cooking times will be shortened
slightly. Check for doneness intermittently
during cooking.
These cooking times are approximates only
and times can vary depending on ingredients,
quantities in recipes and whether the
EasySear™ pan and its ingredients are hot
from searing.
High humidity, altitude, cold tap water,
HIGH
DUAL
ingredients and minor fluctuations may
slightly affect cooking times.
