Important!
Use the
moulded
recesses on
the underside
for safe lifting
with a forklift.
5.3 Transporting
During transport, observe the pertinent regulations
for transport and securing loads, in particular:
• road-traffic (licensing) regulations of the
respective country,
• CEN 12195 Parts 1 to 4 for calculation and lashing
On top of the container are three integrated
recesses j that serve as belt guides for securing
the DT-Mobil Easy 200 l l to the transport vehicle
with suitable tensioning belts (max. 35 mm mm
wide). The flap lid above can be opened without
restriction.

Important!
Positive fit before traction!
First, try to positively load the equipment
(e.g. through striking the sides).
Excessive lashing forces can deform the tank
and thus damage it.
Recommendation:
Use a non-slip mat.
Attention!
Danger of material damage
The lid on these tanks does not have any clamp
locks, but clicks into place only by means of ten-
sioning bolts. The air stream may open the lid and
could rip it off.
Therefore always transport the filling station with
the hinges facing the direction of travel.

5.4 Filling the tank
1. Unscrew the cap on the filling opening a .
2. Fill the container through the filling opening using
a delivery nozzle with automatic shut-off feature.
3. After the filling, close the filling open tightly again
with the cap b .
4. Contamination of the container caused by the
filling process must be removed immediately
with a dry cloth.
