OPERATING INSTRUCTION
Dear buyer:
Thank you for purchasing our induction cooker. Our products are designed for a long
operating period. Prior to installing and using the cooker, carefully read its operating
instruction. Keep the instruction for use in the future.
! This equipment is designed for use at public catering enterprises.
1. PRINCIPLE OF OPERATION
An induction cooker consists of the following elements: an induction heating element,
special dishware made of ferrite ceramic materials, and a control system. The cooker
operation is based on the principle of heating due to induction vortex currents to be induced
by high-frequency magnetic field. Electromagnetic field arises under the action of current
flowing in the loop at the moment when the magnetic field line is passing through the metal
dishware bottom. Numerous vortex currents arising thereby will quickly heat the dishware
and its contents.
2. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
Please be aware of the following safety precautions, which are to be observed to avoid
electrical shock, short-circuit, fire hazard, or breakdown of the device.
1. Do not try to set up, alter, or repair the device independently. The maintenance should
be performed by a skilled specialist.
2. Do not operate the device in a humid atmosphere or near heat sources, for example,
electrical or gas cooker, etc.
3. Do not admit any ingress of detergents or combustible materials onto the device surface
under induction dishware.
4. Do not place the device on a carpet or table-cloth to avoid air circulation blocking; in
case of blocking, the device will get overheated, and the built-in protection mechanism
will automatically stop the current supply.
5. Do not put paper or towel between the cooker surface and the dishware bottom.
6. Do not use the device on an uneven surface or on a plastic coating.
7. Do not overheat empty dishware. Overheated oil can easily ignite.
8. Do not put metal items onto ceramic surface, for example, knives, forks, spoons,
saucepan covers, foil, flatware, etc. to avoid burns when contacting hot items.
