TROUBLESHOOTING
CAUTION! Switch off and remove plug from mains before investigating fault.
Conventional trouble
Motor does not start.
Motor shuts down.
Excessive working pressure.
Fluctuation in pressure.
Motor runs but does
pressurize.
Weak but continuous
stream.
Spontaneous device startup.
Device leakage.

Remedy
∙ Plug it in.
∙
Use proper line voltage.
∙ Use another socket.
∙
Replace the faulty cable.
∙ Let the device cool for 5
minutes.
∙ Check the line rating against
the rating on the data plate.
∙
Let the device cool for 5
minutes.
∙ Clean the nozzle.
∙ Switch OFF the device, while
holding the lever of the pistol grip
depressed and the water tap
opened, let the water flow out until
continuous working pressure is set.
∙ Ensure that water
meets the technical specifications
of the device.
∙ Clean the water filter.
∙
Lay down the hose straight
and kink-free.
∙
Allow the pump, water hose or
accessory to defrost.
∙ Connect the device to the
water supply.
∙ Clean the filter.
∙
Clean the nozzle.
∙
Replace the nozzle.
∙ Press the lever of the pistol
grip quickly 5 times in a row.
∙
Contact an IVT
Center.
∙
Discharge of 6 drops per
minute is acceptable. In case of
greater leakage, please contact an
IVT Service Center.
