DANGER
Maintenance and repair may only be carried out by trained and approved
specialists. Agree a maintenance contract that includes inspecting and
servicing the surface suction unit.
Possible causes
Skimmer valve no longer moves
Screen basket clogged with dirt
Stopcock valve of the surface
suction unit throttled too much
Automatic filling water supply
feed has not shut down
Water level regulator set
Overflow completely or partially
For outdoor pools after heavy
too high
clogged
rain
Remedy
Move skimmer valve back and
forth gently by hand.
Empty and clean screen basket
Open stopcock further
Check water level regulator,
float valve and/or magnetic
valve.
Readjust and fix the water level
regulator
Clean the overflow and the pipe
connected to it to the sewer
