6.3 Location
6.4 Free room
When installing the unit leave enough free room to allow opening, correct use and easy maintenance in
safe conditions.
6.5 Installation
The unit is supplied filled with nitrogen to be discharged only when connecting the refrigerating system.
Connect the refrigerating system keeping dry nitrogen under a slight pressure; seal the pipes so that air
humidity can not contaminate the pipe inside (Note: POE oil is highly detergent. For this reason prevent any dirt
from getting into the pipes during installation).
The compressor lubricant must not be in contact with the atmosphere for more than 15 minutes. Should this
time be exceeded, replace the lubricant. (Note: when in contact with POE oil, air humidity gives rise to a chemical
reaction that can not be reversed under any vacuum conditions).
ATTENTION
Connect the discharge pipe of the safety valve (when available) using a copper pipe with
suitable diameter and dimensions as provided by law. Make sure that valve operation is not
hindered.
The safety valve is provided with a joint with connection to be welded. Any gas blowing
out
shall not cause any damage to people or things. Gas should be preferably conveyed
outwards.
6.5.1 Vacuum and charge
To obtain optimal operation of the unit act as follows:
A) Place the unit in a well ventilated room, far from heat sources.
B) Limit the number of door openings.
C) Make sure that the unit has good air supply and discharge.
