When using DHM, power and A/V cables being run through the enclosure must maintain a 7" clearance from the top of
the collector box and a 3.5" clearance from all other ducting and venting components. Conduit is also required, but high
temperature conduit is recommended.
•
When using termination plates, you must also not have any wiring above the termination plate discharge air openings.

Finish framing must be built
after appliance has been placed
in its fi nal position and venting
connected.
The LV series requires a minimum
enclosure height, as illustrated
(dimension L), measured from
the bottom of the appliance. For
temperature requirements, this
area must be left unobstructed.
Some venting confi gurations
that require more vertical rise
will require a larger enclosure
to provide minimum vertical
clearance between vent pipes
and combustibles.
