4. Wash the grease filter 1a in the dishwasher or sink like ordinary dishes.
5. Once the grease filter 1a is completely dried, insert the grease filter 1a into
the recess on the left.
6. Push the lock to the left, press the grease filter 1a up into place and release
the lock. The grease filter 1a clicks into place.
7. Reestablish the power supply.
The carbon filter is to remove odours. It must be replaced when the odours

generated by cooking can no longer be sufficiently filtered. If used regularly, the
filter should be replaced approximately every three months.
1. Disconnect the mains plug or isolate at the appropriate main fuse.
2. Open the glass panel of the extracting hood.
3. Push the lock on the grease filter 1a to the left and remove the grease filter
1a carefully downwards.
4. Unscrew the two carbon filters 1b on the right and left of the motor and
remove them. They can be disposed of as domestic waste.
5. Insert the new carbon filters 1b as shown and allow the locks to click into
place.
6. Insert the grease filter 1a into the recess on the left.
7. Push the lock to the left, press the grease filter 1a up into place and release
the lock. The grease filter 1a clicks into place.
8. Reestablish the power supply.
