for the given task. A correctly selected device will
perform the task for which it was designed better
and in a safer manner.
b)
Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not
function properly (does not switch the device on and
off). Devices which cannot be switched on and off
using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not
be operated and have to be repaired.

to excessive loading. This may result in overheating of
the drive elements and device damage.
j)
Do not touch articulated parts or accessories, unless
the device has been disconnected from the power
source.
k)
The specified vibrations emission was measured
using standard measurement methods. Vibrations
emissions may change if the device is used in different
surroundings.
l)
When working with the machine, it is necessary to pay
special attention to the recoil phenomenon, which
is a sudden reaction of the machine to blockade of
the rotating working tip. The rotating tool blockade
sequence is a swing of the machine in the opposite
direction to the rotation direction of the working tip.
Recoiling is the result of incorrect machine use.
m)
Regularly clean the ventilation slots of the machine.
n)
Do not place the battery with metal objects that could
cause short-circuit of the battery contacts.
o)
Do not store batteries near heat sources, this may
even lead to battery explosion.
p)
Charge the batteries at room temperature. If the
battery is hot, it is necessary to wait until it cools down
before charging it.
q)
The maximum rotational speed specified on the
working tip of the device may not be less than the
maximum rotational speed of the device.

pressing it with the screw (15) to the housing.
Attach the sheath to one of the three holes to the
arm of the holder (2) when screwing the holder (3).
Mounting of the working tip
Before assembling / disassembling the working
tip, it is necessary to make sure that the device is
9
switched off.
The mounted working tip must have parameters
consistent with the technical data given in the
table. The tips that can be used in the device are:
expansion shafts with grinding tape, polishing and
grinding rolls, brushes, grinding wheels, etc.
For the time of replacing the working tip, it is
necessary to block the spindle movement by
pressing the spindle lock (1), thus the mandrel will
not rotate and it will be possible to unscrew the
screws and the mandrel itself.
Mount the working tip, unscrew the screw (12)
from the mandrel (14) and remove the washer (11).
Put the working tip (10) with a diameter of 100,
110 or 120mm onto the mandrel, by adjusting the
mounting height of the sheath (4) to the size of the
mounted shaft (3 positions for mounting the sheath
in the holder arm).
Rev. 11.04.2018
Put a washer on the mandrel with the shaft and
then tighten the screw. Release the spindle lock by
pressing it.

switching the device on, it is necessary to always make sure
whether the spindle is not blocked by the lock (1). After
switching off, the device should be put aside only when the
moving parts have completely stopped.
Rotational speed control
The rotational speed of the device is set by turning the
knob (8) to the selected position (min 1 – max 6).
Tips for use:
Hold the device with both hands: hold the handle
with one hand and the holder with the other hand.
Before starting to use the device, it is necessary to
