Install the roller wheels (T-10) in the centre hole of
the wheel brackets, using one #8-32 X 3/8" (10

mm) machine screw (T-11). Be sure that the
wheel is over the door panel as shown, and that
the shoulder on the screw fits inside the hole in the
bracket.
Panels are labeled FRONT, REAR AND CENTRE. Arrange them
as shown, overlapping them according to the appropriate
arrangement (Figures 1, 2, 3, or 4).
NOTE: Only for the M160/M360 & 360 Series door installation:
measure the wall to wall opening at the top of the wall jambs and
cut the header (T-1) to suit the full width.
Slide the door rollers into the header tracks and centre the doors.
Lift the header and panels and guide them into the enclosure so
that the header caps over the wall jambs. Keep the panels to the
inside of the tub/shower or shower stall.
Carefully lift/press the plastic skates at the bottom of each door
panel and guide them into the appropriate grooved tracks on the
sill.
The height of the panels and the operation of the skates may be
adjusted by selecting different holes in the wheel bracket. If the
skates are binding in the track the lower holes should be selected.
If the door tends to move out of the track the higher holes should be
used.
Centre punch a mark at one end of the header
as shown.

Drill a 1/8" (3 mm) h
and aluminum wall jamb.
Insert a # 6 X1/2 " (13 mm) screw.
Repeat at the other end of the header.

Apply silicone to seal the wall/plastic jamb joints
on the inside, especially at the corners.

Do not silicone the inside edge of the sill.
Ensure that there is a continuous seal along the
outside edge of the sill of the tub.
ALLOW SILICONE TO DRY FOR 24 HOURS BEFORE
USING THE SHOWER.
