Solutions
Check your network and electrical
connections.
If your camera has an Ethernet
port which is connected using
WiFi, please connect your camera
temporarily to your box/router
using a network cable.
Check your camera's network
connection settings. Reset your
camera if it is no longer accessible.
Check your device settings (box,
router, firewall)
Check the video settings and
reduce the quality if necessary
speed
Check that the available bandwidth
exceeds 0.5M bits per second
(upload and download) in the case
of low quality display; or that it
exceeds 2.0M bits per second in
the case of high-quality HD
Check the video settings and
reduce/increase the quality if
necessary
Reduce the sensitivity of
detection.
Move the camera.
Please check the configuration of
the camera, the push alerts and
the detection sensitivity.
