Instructions d'installation

Die elektrischen Anschlüssen müssen von
Fachleuten gemäß der aktuellen Normen
für das jeweilige Land durchgeführt werden.
Veränderung jeglicher Art des Thermostats
und/oder Messfühlers ist verboten und
erwirken den Verlust der Gewährleistung
für dieses Produkt.
Bevor jedem Eingriff, die Stromversorgung
trennen.
Verwenden Sie nur den mit dem thermostat
gelieferten Messfühler.
Installieren Sie den Thermostat in einem
Schaltschrank oder in einem
Verbindungskasten.
Feuchtigkeit an dem Thermostat
vermeiden.
Montage
Wählen Sie den geeigneten Thermostat für
Ihre Anwendung aus, je nach Möglichkeiten
wie im Datenblatt beschrieben.
Es ist zwingend notwendig, den Thermostat
während der Wartungsarbeiten
auszuschalten
Installieren Sie immer den Messfühler in
direktem Kontakt mit dem zu beheizenden
Teil.
Die gesamte Länge des Messfühlers muss
einen perfekten Kontakt an jedem Punkt
mit der beheizten Fläche haben.
Vor und nach der Installation überprüfen
Sie den allgemeinen Zustand des
Thermostates und des Messfühlers.
Installieren Sie kein beschädigtes Produkt.
Im Zweifelsfall, kontaktieren Sie uns.
Schließen Sie den Thermostat gemäß den
Anweisungen, die in diesem Dokument
beschrieben sind, an
Die elektrischen Schutzvorrichtungen
(Sicherungen, Leistungsschalter,...)
müssen entsprechend dimensioniert
werden.
Achten Sie darauf dass die maximale
Oberflächentemperatur nicht überschritten
wird.
Vermeiden Sie Stöße an der Oberfläche
des Thermostates und/oder des
Messfühlers.
Vermeiden Sie jeglichen Kontakt mit
chemischen Stoffen, die den Thermostat
und/oder den Messfühler beschädigen
können.
Installieren Sie nicht mehrere Messfühler
auf dem gleichen Thermostat.
Installieren Sie keine andere Art des
Messfühlers mit dem gewählten
Thermostat.

The electrical connection may only be made by
an electrical technician according to the electro
technical regulations applied in the country.
Any modifications of the thermostat and/or
sensors are not allowed and will void the
warranty of the product.
Before any intervention, turn off the power
supply.
Use only the sensor supply with the thermostat.
The thermostat must be placed in an electrical
cabinet or in an IP54 box enclosure.
Do not expose the thermostat to humidity.
Mounting
Choose the appropriate thermostat model
according to your application and the
description of the technical data sheet.
It is mandatory to disconnet the thermostat from
the power supply for any maintenance
operation.
Always mount the sensor in direct contact with
the piece to be heated.
The total surface of the sensor must be in direct
contact with the piece to be heated.
Perform a general check on the thermostat and
the sensor before and after installation.
Do not use a damaged product. If any doubt
please contact us.
Connect the thermostat according to the
attached instructions.
Electrical security and safety measures are to
be provided on site.
It must be ensured that the max. admissible
temperature is not exceeded.
Avoid any impacts on the thermostat and/or the
sensor surface.
Avoid any contact with chemical products which
could damage the materials of the thermostat or
the sensor.
Do not install multiple sensors on the same
thermostat.
Only use the sensor supplied with the
thermostat
Les raccordements électriques doivent être
effectués par des professionnels
conformément aux normes en vigueur dans
chaque pays.
Toute modification du thermostat et/ou de
la sonde est interdite et annulera d'office la
garantie du produit.
Avant toute intervention, couper
l'alimentation électrique.
Utiliser uniquement la sonde fournie avec le
thermostat.
Installer le thermostat dans une armoire
électrique ou une boite de raccordement.
Ne pas soumettre le thermostat à
l'humidité.
Installation
Définir le modèle du thermostat adapté à
votre application en fonction des possibilités
décrites dans la fiche technique.
Il est impératif de mettre hors tension le
thermostat pendant toute opération de
maintenance.
Toujours installer la sonde en contact direct
avec la pièce à chauffer.
La totalité de la longueur de la sonde doit en
tout point être en parfait contact avec la
pièce à chauffer.
Vérifier l'état général du thermostat et de la
sonde avant et après son installation.
Ne pas installer un produit endommagé. En
cas de doute, consultez-nous.
Raccorder le thermostat conformément aux
instructions décrites dans ce document.
Les systèmes de protection électrique
(fusibles, disjoncteurs,...) doivent être prévus
et dimensionnés sur site.
Ne pas dépasser la température maximum
autorisée.
Eviter tout choc à la surface du thermostat
et/ou de la sonde.
Eviter tout contact avec des produits
chimiques pouvant altérer les matériaux du
thermostat et/ou de la sonde.
Ne pas installer plusieurs sondes sur le
même thermostat.
Ne pas installer un autre type de sonde avec
le thermostat choisi.
