The internal structure is made of reinforced steel anodised aluminium 6061 alloy to ensure durability
over time, despite continuous exposure to fumes.

The square design of the extractor hood gives maximum extraction. The extraction flow is adjustable, features an anti-
intrusion grill and the hood has a handle for manoeuvrability.
CONTROL PANEL DESCRIPTION
The machine is equipped with an electrical panel which is used either as a control panel or as a protective cover for the
electric motor. The control panel is located on the front of the machine near the handle. The dashboard is covered with
a painted sheet metal and coated with a glued adhesive tape as shown below. In this position, the operator is given the
possibility to carry out the operation of starting and stopping the machine and to control all the functions of the machine
by means of the indicator lights placed in the table in question. In addition, the handle also serves as protection for the
dashboard, which is therefore protected against accidental knocks that could be received by the device, resulting in the
inability to operate the machine. The label on the dashboard allows the operator to use the device and check its operation.

USE OF THE EXTRACTING ARM
The machine is supplied with an extraction arm that must be assembled separately. The
extracting arm must be attached on the purifier's perforated plate.
The extracting arm rotates 360° and can be used in large areas.
Opening or closing the arm must only be done while facing the machine.
Using the arm outside of the recommended range may cause the machine to tilt or fall.
FILTER REPLACEMENT
Filter replacement varies according to the use and frequency of use of the machine.
The clogging/build up of dirt on the filters may vary according to :
• Welding material (every material generates different fumes/powder)
• Welding type (each process such as MIG, TIG, electrode, etc....)
• Elements in contact (for example oil, grease, paint, etc. which generate more «agressive»
fumes).
To replace the filters, a triangle key (FIG II) is necessary. This key is supplied with the machine,
which opens the filters' inspection panels.
Opening that panel allows direct access to the filter section. Removing the filters is done by
pulling them one by one towards the outside.
Note that the filtering section may be difficult to remove due to the seals which are set up around
the filters. These hermetic seals (which are pressurised) guarantee the optimal filtering of the
extracted particules.
