General Conditions of Use of REHAU Industries SE & Co. KG
I. General provisions
The following terms and conditions shall contain binding regulations for the users of the
Nea Smart – Service from REHAU AG + Co. ("REHAU"). By registering, the user
accepts these General Terms and Conditions of Use.
II. Function
The Nea Smart – Service allows the users to operate/parameterise the room thermostat
and to control it from anywhere in the world via a browser. The remote access shall take
place via www.rehau.com/neasmart.
The Nea Smart – Service shall be provided by REHAU free of charge.
III. Technical conditions
1. The condition for the use of the Nea Smart – Service via remote access is that the
necessary and compatible technology is installed and there is undisturbed access to
the Internet. The technical information and the installation/operating instructions of
REHAU shall be decisive for a correct installation and operation.
2. The user must ensure, independently and at its own expense, that the technical
conditions are available and thus that a proper use of the Nea Smart – Service
offered by REHAU is possible. In particular, the remote access must be activated on
the Nea base station.
IV. Registration and access data
1. Registration shall take place through the creation of a personal user account
at www.rehau.com/neasmart

2. The user is obliged to select a secure password and to protect it from misuse. If the
user establishes that access data are misused, he/she must inform REHAU of this
promptly. In this case, the user is obliged to change his/her password without delay.
If there is a continued risk of misuse, REHAU is entitled to block access to the Nea
Smart – Service immediately.
