· Measure the angle between saw blade
side and the fence à 90° Should
· If the angle differs from 90° you have
to adjust the fences on both sides.
· These are fixed with 2 socket head
screws on every fence. Loosen them,
adjust the fence and fasten them
again.
9.4.2
Adjusting the mitre angle
(Fig. F)
· Ensure that the saw blade is fastened.
· Angle on 0°, mitre angle on 45°
(according to the scale).
· Position the aggregate so that it is
lowered up to its lowest position and
that it rests on the fences.
· Measure between the saw blade side
and the fence à 45° Should.
· If the angle differs you have to adjust
the saw aggregate.
· Loosen the screw A and B (Fig. E),
adjust the saw blade and fasten the
screws again.
9.5
Adjusting the laser cut-
ting line (Fig. H)
The laser shows the cutting line on the
work piece. To guarantee that it matches
with the true cutting line you have to con-
trol it.
· The basic requirement is the exact ad-
justment of the fence and the mitre.
· Take a piece of wood and put it against
the fence.
· Fix it with the work piece binder (before
every cutting operation!).
· Adjust the deepness limitation screw
and scarify the piece of wood.
· Check the cutting line against the laser
line.
· If the laser line differs a bit you will be
able to adjust the laser with a small
screw driver at the adjusting screw on
the side of the laser.

OPERATION
10.1
Starting (Fig. I)
· Connect the machine with the power
supply.
· Ensure that the safety instructions have
been read, understood and considered.
· Operate the accelerator and wait till the
machine has reached its maximum
engine speed.
· Push the safety lever for the saw blade
cover with the right forefinger to the
left side.
10.2
Stopping
· When you let go of the accelerator (8)
the engine stops and the saw blade
comes to a standstill.
10.3
Chop cuts
· Chop cuts are suitable for cutting small
work pieces to length.
· For chop cuts you have to lock the pull-
ing equipment so that the saw aggre-
gate can t slide during operation.
· Lock the work piece, do the cut, lift the
saw aggregate, let go of the accelera-
tor, wait till the saw blade stands. Only
now you are allowed to remove the
work piece.
10.4
Pit cuts
· They are suitable for long cuts.
· Lock the work piece.
· Pull the saw aggregate to you.
· Start the machine.
· Lower the saw aggregate and cut into
the work piece slowly.
· Cut the work piece slowly. Push the
saw aggregate backwards.
· Advantage: When the material splinters
then not into the direction where the
operator stands.
