3. PRODUCT FEATURES
1. Extra-wide (36mm) toasting slots
To allow toasting all kinds of bread and rolls.
2. Self-centering bread rack
To maintain bread in the middle of the toaster, whatever the thickness of the slice, for even
toasting.
3. Lever
Lifts up automatically at the end of the toasting cycle. If you wish to stop the cycle before it has
finished, simply press the 'Cancel' button. The high rise allows easy removal of the bread slices.
4. Reheat setting:
To reheat the bread slices without over browning.
5. Defrost setting:
To defrost first and then toast the bread slices in a single cycle.
6. Cancel setting:
To cancel the toasting cycle and eject the bread.
7. Variable toasting dial
To select the browning level.
8. Removable crumb collector (accessible from the back of the toaster)
To remove the bread crumbs.
4. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
• Place the toaster on a flat, even surface.
• Check that the crumb collector is installed in the appliance.
• Insert bread in the slots and push the lever.
• If you wish to stop the cycle before it has finished, simply press the 'Cancel' button.
A. SETTING THE BROWNING LEVEL OF THE SLICE
Turn the control dial to the desired toasting level. The browning of your bread slices varies
depending on the type of bread and degree of humidity of the slices. As a general rule, for
medium toasting, set your toaster on level 4-5 to toast denser bread or fresh bread and on 2-3 for
toasting stale bread.
B. USING THE VARIOUS SETTINGS
By using the Defrost
type of bread and the desired toasting level. Each setting can be combined with the browning
level control dial. A light indicator shows the selected setting.
N.B. If you wish to cancel the selection, press the 'Cancel' button. This will stop the cycle and raise
the bread slices.
