6. For more effective results use for at least seven consecutive days. Between 6 AM and 8 PM for two hours
per day.
7. Start with shorter periods of illumination and increase over the course of a week.
NOTE: Eye aches and mild headaches may occur for the first uses and will subside after continued usage.

CAUTION
