1.
Disconnect the electrical power cable. Open the controller box.
2.
Locate the float switch connection leads (two wire cables) located
inside the controller box. The leads are capped with a red wire
connector.
3.
Remove the red wire connectors from the float switch leads. Thread
the leads through the frame via one of the holes in the rear of the
electrical box.
4.
Secure the leads to the frame outside of the electrical box. Replace
the red wire connectors and close the electrical box.
5.
Connect the wires to the leads from the Normally Open (NO) float
switch.
6.
Test the float switch operation after completion of the Fill and
Flush Procedure (page 13).
7.
Once the Fill and Flush Procedure is complete, the tank should be
filled and drained.
8.
Open the tank valve.
9.
Press the START button. An automatic startup sequence will begin,
which includes a short flush mode.
10. After the sequence is completed, the pump will start and the
system will begin producing purified water into the atmospheric
tank.
11. With the system operating, manually raise the float switch in the
tank to simulate a full tank.
12. The controller display screen will display STANDBY (tank full
mode).
13. While observing the controller display screen, release the float
switch to simulate a drop in water level. The float switch output
will return to Normally Open and the system will return to READY
mode.
14. Allow the storage tank to fill completely to observe the function
of the float switch.
15. Drain and refill the tank as needed before allowing the tank
water to be delivered to the point of use.

High Level Control Kit
1.
Assemble the float switch components to the top of the tank.
2.
Place the float switch with the cord in the tank through the
manway.
3.
Guide the cord out of the tank through the bulkhead, nipple, tee
and the cord grip.
4.
Tighten in place as shown in Repressurizer Installation section.
5.
Thread the HEPA filter horizontally onto the 3/8" nipple in the TEE.
6.
Disconnect all power to the CRO System.
7.
Connect the wiring to the controller as described in the
Connection to the ROAX KPRO-Series controller section of this
manual.
Connection to the ROAX KPRO-Series Controller
The ROAX KPRO-Series controller is pre-wired to receive input signals
from a Normally Open (NO) float switch. This wire is coiled inside the
NEMA Controller enclosure box and may be threaded through the opening
in the box for connection to a float switch.
WARNING: When the water treatment system is connected to electrical
power, there is ALWAYS live high voltage inside the controller box. ALWAYS
disconnect the electrical power cable before opening controller box.
