Step 4 - Drain and Fill Tank

1.
Once the System Fill and Flush Procedure is complete, the pressurized storage tank must be filled and drained
before normal operation.
2.
Open the tank valve.
3.
Press the START button to start the system.
4.
After the system is started, an automatic step-by-step startup sequence occurs which includes a short flush mode.
5.
After the sequence is completed, the pump will start and the system will begin producing purified water into the
pressurized tank.
6.
After the pressurized tank reaches 65 psi, the system will go into standby mode (the pump will turn off).
7.
Press STOP button to turn off system.
8.
Drain the tank using the flush valve on the postfilter of the filtration array.
9.
Press START button to start the system.
10. Allow the tank to refill. The system is now ready for use. Refer to Blending Valve Adjustment, page 14, if required.

Step 5 - Reset the Maintenance Indicators, Reset the Clock

After membrane maintenance has been completed, use the following procedure to reset the maintenance indicators,
clear error codes and reset the clock.
1.
Press CAL to enter calibration mode. Display will read ENTER CODE TO CALIBRATE.
2.
Press SETUP and EXIT buttons at the same time.
3.
MEMBRANE CHANGE INTERVAL will be displayed.
4.

Press NEXT repeatedly until READY is displayed.
6.
Repeat 1-5 for FILTER CHANGE INTERVAL.
7.
Press the DATA button, then CLOCK button on the panel display. Follow the prompts to reset the clock.
XI. Troubleshooting

Auto Restart after Power Interruption or Power Failure

The system will auto restart after a power failure. The date and time may need to be manually updated. Press the DATA
button, then CLOCK button on the display panel. Follow the prompts.
Note: If the tank is full, the system will turn on but will go into standby mode. Once the tank pressure falls below 30 psi,
the system pump will start and system will perform normally.

Low Inlet Pressure

Low inlet feed pressure will trigger an EO2 error, the inlet solenoid valve will close, and the pump will stop. This protects
the system from damage. The system controller will attempt to restart the system three times. If the feed inlet pressure is
too low after three attempts, the system will shut down and a manual restart will be required.
