Place the main frame on the polyfoam block and fix the supporting
leg (25) with two bolts (74) and two nuts and tighten it safely.
With the main frame supported by the polyfoam block
and the assembled supporting leg, wheels shall be
mounted on the frame of the machine. Make sure the
wheels are in balance and that they can rotate evenly.
Wrong Correct
If you by accident place the log splitter as described
in Fig 4, the engine fan cover (18) may leave its
housing and interfere with the cooling fan.
This will produce a machinery noise while working.
In order to avoid this, remove the fan cover from
its housing (pull it) and re-position it properly.
Handle assembly (520H)
Locate the handle in the box and fasten it to
the socket for handle, fasten it well.
Place the safety shield on the plate with 2 bolts
2 discsand 2 nuts, and tighten safely.
Now the log splitter is ready for use.
