OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Take out the Chip Dump from the packaging and locate the unit on a firm level surface. Peel off the plastic
film from the unit.
When this appliance is to be positioned in close proximity to a wall, partitions, kitchen furniture, decorative
finished, etc., it is recommended that they be made of non-combustible material, if not, they shall be clad with
a suitable non-combustible heat-insulating material, and that the closet attention be paid to fire prevention
regulations.
Once the Chip Dump has been placed in position by consulting International Standards and regulations. The
Unit is ready to operate.
Plug in the Power, switch on the switch, The element starts heating and the green light is on. When not using,
just simply switch off the switch and pull off the power.
ADVICE
Your appliance is provided with an overheating protection. When this protection has been activated you must
let your appliance cool down.
If overheating protection is stated regularly, contact your dealer or our after-sales service.
To reset the appliance, press the reset button located on the back side of the appliance.
6. CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
6.1 Safety instructions
Before servicing (clean, maintenance, repair) unplug the appliance
Caustic detergents, sodium bicarbonate are forbidden for the cleaning of your appliance.
Check regularly the power cord.
Never dip your appliance in liquid.

Not direct washing via water jets. (Neither jet under pressure)
6.2 Daily cleaning
Unplug your appliance before cleaning.
Clean your appliance with a soft cloth and hot water after using.
Dry it thoroughly after cleaning (with a dry soft cloth).
Store the appliance in a cool and dry place.
6.3 Safety instructions relating to maintenance
Daily check the state of your appliance: do not use it if it is damaged or if the power cord is damaged. If the
power cord is damaged it must be replaced by a professional electrician.
In case of break down contact your supplier.
Any intervention work on your appliance must be performed by a qualified professional.
6.4 Troubleshooting
Your appliance is provided with an overheating protection. When this protection has been activated you must
let your appliance cool down.
