Installation and Assembly
Tools Needed:
Pliers
Phillips head screwdriver
Flat head screwdriver
Adjustable wrench
1. Take out the all spare parts from box, all screws
have been pre-installed.
2. Place the fan base on level ground.
3. Loosen the locking collar on the support pole using
the wrench. Extract the upper support pole slowly to
adjust the height of the fan. The support pole must
be fully extended
4. Mount the entire support pole to the base. Align
holes and use the screws from the metal base, then
install the entire support pole to the base.
5. Mount the motor assembly to the connector on the
upper support pole. Make sure the holes align.
6. Secure the motor assembly with pivot bolt and nut.
Tighten the nut and bolt firmly using the wrench.
7. Slide the rear fan guard onto the motor assembly
and secure it with flange screws (screws from the
motor). Tighten the screws firmly using the wrench.
8. Loosen the set screw on the back of the fan blade
assembly using the wrench assembly using the
wrench. Slide the fan blade assembly onto the motor
shaft.
9. Tighten the set screw on the back of the fan blade
assembly using the wrench onto the flat part of the
fan shaft.
10. Attach the front fan guard to the rear fan guard and
secure with the fasteners on the rear fan guard.

Front Fan Guard
NOTE: This model CAN NOT be wall mounted
Do NOT slide fan blade screw beyond the
groove on the shaft! This will cause the fan
blade to not spin properly and can cause dam-
age to your fan! Be sure that fan shaft is flush
with front of fan blade assembly.
