Wir empfehlen sämtliche Holzteile mit Schnell-
schliffgrund (Porenfüller) vor Montage zu
behandeln. Dadruch bliebt ihr „Ro-Spider" länger
schön, und es entstehen durch den Gebrauch
keine Vermschmutzungen an den Teilen.
We recommend treating all wooden parts with
quick-sanding primer (Grain filler) before assem-
bly. This will keep your „Ro-Spider" looking good
for longer and prevent dirt from accumulating on
the parts during use.
Nous recommandons de traiter toutes les pièces
en bois avec un apprêt à ponçage rapide
(bouche-pores) avant le montage. Ainsi, votre
„Ro-Spider" restera beau plus longtemps et
l'utilisation n'entraînera pas de salissures sur les
pièces.
WICHTIGER HINWEIS: Bauteil # 7 (Holzringe) sind
bewusst untermaßig hergestellt um mögliches
Spiel durch Fertigungstoleranzen ausgleichen
zu können. Diese Ringe müssen vor Montage
geg. mit Schleifpapier vorsichtig etwas auf-
geschliffen werden, sodass diese leicht aber
spielfrei auf den Alurohren gleiten können!
Important note: Component # 7 (wooden
rings) are deliberately undersized in order to
be able to compensate for possible clearance
due to manufacturing tolerances. These rings
must be carefully sanded with sandpaper be-
fore assembly so that they can slide easily but
without clearance on the aluminium tubes!
REMARQUE IMPORTANTE: Le composant # 7
(anneaux en bois) est volontairement sous-
dimensionné afin de pouvoir compenser un
éventuel jeu dû aux tolérances de fabrication.
Avant le montage, ces anneaux doivent être
poncés avec précaution à l'aide de papier
abrasif afin qu'ils puissent glisser facilement
mais sans jeu sur les tubes en aluminium !
Holzring #7 mit Bauteil # 14 in Verbindung darf
jedoch NICHT aufgeschliffen werden und sollte
stramm mit Bauteil # 14 am Aulusrohr sitzen da
nicht verstellbar ist!
Wooden ring #7 in connection with component
# 14 must NOT be ground and should sit tightly
with component # 14 on the aluminium tube as it
is not adjustable!
La bague en bois #7 doit être reliée à la pièce
#14, mais elle ne doit PAS être poncée et doit
être bien fixée à la pièce #14 sur le tube, car elle
n'est pas réglable !

Der Großteil der Bauteile wird verschraubt. Einige Teile werden jedoch mit Holzleim verklebt. Sofern die Holz-
teile zuvor mit Schnellschliffgrund behandelt wurden, müssen die Klebeflächen angeschliffen werden.
Folgende Teile werden mit z.B. Holzleim verklebt.
The majority of the components are screwed together. However, some parts are glued with wood glue. If
the wooden parts were previously treated with quick-sanding primer, the gluing surfaces must be sanded.
The following parts are glued with wood glue.
La plupart des éléments sont vissés. Certaines pièces sont toutefois collées avec de la colle à bois.
Dans la mesure où les pièces en bois ont été traitées au préalable avec un apprêt à poncer rapide, les
surfaces à coller doivent être poncées. Les pièces suivantes sont collées avec, par exemple, de la colle à
bois.
