04. CLEANING
Immediately after you've finished cutting, clean the appliance to help it last
longer. Follow these instructions for safe, efficient cleaning:
1. Make sure the appliance is unplugged.
2. Remove the blade (3) undoing the axle bolt. Turn the bolt (8) smoothly
clockwise to loosen the blade. Hold the blade with a thick, dry cloth and pull it.
Always remove the blade very carefully. Clean the blade carefully with a thick
cloth and neutral soap. Warning: Don't clean or remove the gear grease, so
as to not damage the transmission.
3. Remove the food pusher (5).
