Svitare le viti (9) e togliere il
coperchio (8);

Togliere il primo rasamen-
to (6) facendo attenzione al
senso di montaggio;
3
Togliere gli ingranaggi (4 e
5);
4
Togliere il secondo rasamen-
to (3) facendo attenzione al
senso di montaggio;
5
Sul fondo interno del corpo
ci sono due fori filettati da
1/8", in uno dei due è pre-
sente un grano. Spostare il
grano nell'altro foro;
6
Inserire il rasamento (3) ruo-
tato di 180° rispetto alla po-
sizione originale;
7
Inserire gli ingranaggi (4 e 5)
(La posizione è obbligata dal
foro posteriore);
8
Inserire il rasamento (6) ruo-
tato di 180° rispetto alla po-
sizione originale;
9
Invertire la posizione del gra-
no (7) sul coperchio;
10
Pulire accuratamente la su-
perficie e montare il coper-
chio (8);
11
Serrare le viti (9) con una
coppia
pari
a
10
(100 Nm).

Unscrew the bolts (9) and re-
move the cover (8);
Remove the upper spectacle
plate (6) paying attention to
way of mounting;
Remove the gears (4 and 5);
Remove the lower spectacle
plate (3) paying attention to
way of mounting;
On the internal bottom of the
pumps housing there two are
ports of 1/8" where in one of
each there is a grub screw.
Re-fit the grub screw in the
opposite port;
Re-place the lower spectacle
plate (3) after rotating it by
180 deg;
Re-place the gears (4 and 5); Remonter les engrenages (4
Re-place the upper spectacle
plate (6) after rotating it by
180 deg;
Remove the grub screw (7) in
the cover and fit it in the op-
posite hole;
Clean the surfaces carefully
and replace the cover (8);
Tighten
the
bolts
Kgm
100 Nm.

Dévisser les vis (9) et enlever
le carter avant (8);
Enlever les lunettes supérieu-
res (6)
Faire attention au
sens du montage;
Enlever les 2 engrenages (4
et 5);
Enlever les lunettes inférieu-
res (3). Faire attention au
sens du montage;
Dans le corp de la pompe,
au fond, ils sont 2 trous 1/8''
: dévisser la vis et remonter
dans le trou opposé;
Remonter les lunettes in-
férieures (3) tournées à 180°;
et 5);
Remonter
les
supérieures (6) tournées à
180°;
Dévisser la vis (7) et remon-
ter la dans le trou opposé;
Nettoyer le flaque et remon-
ter le carter avant (8);

Serrer les vis (9).
Couple de serrage: 100 Nm

Desatornillar los tornillos (9)
y quitar la tapa de la bomba
(8);
Remover el primer plato (6)
recordàndose su lado de
montaje;
Sacar los engranajes (4 y 5);
Remover el segundo plato
(3) recordàndose su lado de
montaje;
En el fondo del cuerpo de la
bomba hay 2 agujeros rosca-
dos de 1/8"; en uno de ellos
està un tornillo prisionero,
quitarlo y ponerlo en el otro
agujero;
Insertar el plato (3) dàndole
una vuelta de 180° respecto a
su posiciòn original;
Insertar los engranajes (4 y 5)
(su posicionamiento es obli-
gado por el agujero trasero);
lunettes
Insertar el plato (6) dàndole
una vuelta de 180° respecto a
su posiciòn original;
Invertir la posiciòn del tornillo
prisionero (7) en la tapa de la
bomba;
Limpiar muy bien la superficie
y montar la tapa (8);
Apretar los tornillos con un
torque de 10 Kgm (100 Nm).
