Remove hairs if they hamper contact with the electrodes.

Right Hand to Chest
Follow the instructions below to take measurements:
1. Hold the right electrode with your right hand.
2. Position the monitor across the front of your chest, just
below your pectoral (chest) muscles.
3.
Properly hold the electrodes onto the chest.
B.
Hand to Hand
Follow the instructions below to take measurements:
1. Hold the right electrode with your right thumb.
2. Hold the left electrode with your left thumb.
C.
Right Hand to Left Leg
Follow the instructions below to take measurements:
