TROUBLESHOOTING
The following information may assist in identifying a problem and rectifying it.

Cause
Plug is not in socket.
Switch is off.
Voltage is low.
Signal communication failure (signal/
program/hardware cable failure)
Motor failure (wire loss/Motor
damaged/PCB in the base damaged).
Electrical protection triggered.
Board failure (damaged motor/PCB in
base damaged).
The safety key is not in place.
Put the plug in the socket.
Turn on the switch.
Wait until the voltage is normal.
Please check the signal wire under handlebar,
whether the signal wire plugs has come off
or the signal wire crushed/cut-Please re-
connect the signal wire.
Please check if the motor wires have come
off or not? If the Motor wires are connected
properly and still it doesn't work then issue is
with the motor. Please refer to manufacturer.
Check that the mains power supply
conforms to specifications.
Make sure that the drive belt is not caught or
cannot rotate due to an obstruction.
Check for a fault in the motor circuit or
control circuit (often indicated by a burning
smell) and replace parts as necessary.
