TROUBLESHOOTING
If these solutions do not solve the problem, contact an authorised service centre.

Solution
Check the fi lter and air lock valve and remove debris or
any blockage.
Remove debris or any blockage in the air lock valve.
Immerse the submersible pump in water. If this does not
solve the issue, proceed to the next solution.
Check the fi lter and impeller and remove debris or any
blockage. Follow the cleaning instructions in the manual.
If this does not solve the issue, proceed to the next
solution.
Replace the battery pack. If this does not solve the issue,
proceed to the next solution.
Bring the product to an authorised service centre.
