Remove the 3 screws from the switch cap with
the fitter. Save for later use. To avoid possible
shock, the connectors should not be removed
unless a light kit will be immediately installed
and the power should be turned off prior to the
connector removal of the light kit.

Connect plug from motor to the plug
from the switch cap.

Place glass onto the fitter by thread-
ing the light kit pull chain through
the glass, rubber washer, hex nut,
finial, and finial cap. Tighten the
finial securely by hand.

Remove the switch cap from the fit-
ter.

For fan with light kit
go to step 19.
For fan without light
kit go to step 24 to
finish.

Install switch cap with fitter onto fan
using 3 screws removed from step
18 and tighten securely.

Disconnect the two plugs in the
switch cap. White wire from the
white wire, the black wire from the
blue wire.

Insert the center plastic plug provid-
ed into the center hole of the switch
cap.

Remove the finial, finial cap, hex
nut, and rubber washer from the fit-
ter.

Install 2x40 watt candelabra bulbs. Bulbs
are included.
WARNING: Over lamping the fan
will result in the fan lights shut-
ting down until the proper
wattage of bulbs are installed.
Reset the lights by turning off the
wall switch, breaker,or by remote.
Replace bulbs with the correct
wattage bulbs, turn the power on.

Remove the hex nut from the switch
cap.

Connect the plug from motor to the
plug from the switch cap.
