8. Simple Failure Analysis
● The refrigerator is not operated
Check whether the power supply is connected correctly.
（Whether the plug is loosened, Check whether the positive and
negative poles are correctly connected）
— Check whether the heat dissipation and ventilation are normal.
— Check whether the fuse is blown.
— Check whether the power switch on the control panel is turned
on.
● There is an abnormal noise from the refrigerator
— The on-board refrigerator is not secured.
— The refrigerator is collided with the wall or other items.
— Any internal part is loosened or disconnected.
● There is condensation on the refrigerator surface
— When the relative humidity is ≥ 75%, there may be slight
condensation on the refrigerator surface, which it's normal.
● The refrigerator has a poor refrigeration effect
— Too much food is stored in the refrigerator and they are crowded,
so that the cold flow isn't smooth.
— The door is not closed fully.
— The door seal is damaged or deformed, resulting in poor sealing
effect.
— Poor ventilation of air vents in the compressor compartment of
the refrigerator.
— Incorrect working mode or temperature setting of the refrigerator.
— The refrigerator is exposed to direct sunlight or there is a heat
source nearby.
● There is a water flow sound in the refrigerator
— This sound comes from the refrigerant flow, which is normal.
● It is noisy when the compressor is started
— When the compressor starts, there will be a slightly louder noise,
which will tone down after reaching a stable speed. This is normal.

● Cleaning method
Clean and maintain the refrigerator every other week. Wipe its
internal and external surfaces with a damp cloth. If it is too dirty,
wipe it with neutral detergent, and then wring out the cloth to wipe
the water stains.
● Maintenance of plastic parts
Properly maintain the door seal, frequently clean the plastic parts,
and avoid strong collision when using it. If oil (animal or vegetable
oil) is deposited on the plastic parts for a long time, the plastic will
produce a peculiar smell and age and crack easily.
● Precautions
It is forbidden to directly clean the refrigerator with water which will
reduce the electrical insulation effect and result in rusted sheet
metal parts. Following is a list of things that will damage the coating
and plastic parts, so they should not be used for cleaning: Alkaline
detergent, soap, polishing powder, hot water, brush, thinner,
gasoline, and alcohol.
